      <image:caption>CJ Billings - Lou Burge Male Special Olympic Athlete of the Year CJ Billings has been involved with Special Olympics Oregon for four years. At just 24 years old, he works hard to overcome cystic fibrosis, and first joined Special Olympics Oregon and started swimming in 2016 to help his breathing and improve his lung capacity, thriving as a year-round athlete ever since. He also was a member of Team Oregon delegation that competed at the 2018 Special Olympics USA Games in Seattle, earning four medals in swimming (2 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze). Billings was also on the roster for the 2019 Special Olympics Oregon Timbers team that played home and away matches vs. the Special Olympics Washington Sounders team in the annual Special Olympics Unified Soccer Cascadia Challenge Series. As an athlete involved in basketball, bowling, softball, soccer, snowshoeing and swimming, he also serves on the Special Olympics Oregon Athlete Input Council composed of 11 other leaders from around the state. Billings’ favorite sport is softball, where he excels as a pitcher.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Evan "EJ" Holland - Prep Male Cross Country Runner of the Year Evan Holland is a two-time 5A Boys Cross-Country state champion and led Ashland High School to the state title as a team, while securing the individual title and breaking the state meet record by nearly 15 seconds with a time of 14:30.4 on the 5k course. Holland is one of only four runners in state history to break 15 minutes on the state championships course. In the Fall 2019 season, he won and set meet records for the State of Jefferson Invitational, the Max King Invitational, and the Rogue XC Invitational; and was the 5A Midwestern League Champion this year. Additionally, he won the 2018 and 2019 Nike Cross Nationals Northwest Regional championships—setting a meet record 15:02.9—and took sixth place nationally at the Nike Cross Nationals Final, earning All-America honors two years in a row.
