Nomination Criteria
Automatic nomination:
Gatorade Player of the Year
Top-10 mark nationally in at least one event
Break at least one all-classification record at the OSAA Track and Field State Championships
Repeat state champion in at least two events
Consideration (must meet at least one criterion):
Athlete of the Meet at the OSAA Track and Field State Championships
State champion in at least one event
District champion in at least two events
At-large nominations:
An athlete may be nominated by a member of the Oregon Sports Awards voting panel
An athlete may be nominated by a coach, sports information director or athletic director. Nominations must be submitted to the Oregon Sports Awards team
